  • Our company can avoid any promotion and changes without acknowledge to public.

  • Reservations are held no more than 15 minutes passed your initial reservation time. Once exceeded, the reservation is expired.

  • All equipments are subjected to inspection after usage, damage penalty applies when equipment are damage ( e.g. Remotes, microphones, televisions, monitors, doors).

  • Biohazard penalty of $100 applies when vomiting, bodily fluid, saliva, urination, excrement on public premises. Vomiting on the bathroom sink or floor are penalized.

  • Food fights, cake throwing, and spitting inside studios are prohibited and are subject to penalties up to $500 cleaning fees.

  • E Plus Studio Inc. is not responsible for theft of vehicles parked on premises. We strongly recommend that vehicle are secure and all valuable items should be removed from view.

  • All patrons are subject to identification checks and bag checks. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
